The easiest way to connect to TI is through telnet (although many prefer to find their own MU* client):

Common User Clients include the following (Windows-based):
- Free.
- GMud is a simple and easy-to-use client. While it does not allow for too much customization, it includes triggers, aliases, macros, colors and fonts, and all of the basic essentials.
- SimpleMU : http://simplemu.onlineroleplay.com/
- Software. Purchase required for extra functionality (spell check, thesaurus, live spell). Otherwise, infinite trial. Cost: $20.00
- SimpleMU is another client that is easy to get used to. The interface is basic, though it allows a deeper customization level than the basic clients.
- ZMud : http://www.zuggsoft.com/
- 30-day trial. Cost: $29.95
- ZMud is a client quality client used by those who want to be able to heavily customize what they are doing. It does allow a simple interface for basic users, but it opens much potential for scripts and plug-ins that many other clients do not offer. Currently, the developer has moved onto a new client, CMud.
- Free.
- Very old version of ZMud (1996). Not capable of what many clients are now, but certainly functional.
